Started as ambulant selling, we managed to rent a mall corner in front of DLSUMC Library inside Angelo King Building. There, we offered packed meals to students, school staffers, and even to some doctors who would care to try our cheap but quality meals. We were able to satisfy the hospital and school populate with their meal needs that some medical representatives started hiring us for their product presentation in different departments in the hospital, and then the other hospitals within Cavite. One function led to another until we decided to venture out in full catering operation, accepting reservations for various occasions, and at the same time, continuing with what we offer originally: pancit at pasta sa bilao, kakanin, and bulk food orders.
